  16.  - Other improvements/fixes:
  17.    - Additional hard disks (Int13 units) that were added later in the boot
  18.      process (seen under Win95) did not appear in agSI.
  19.    - Added a short delay in the modem test, because it didn't work with some
  20.      modems (Motorola) correctly (on my system).
  21.    - Port addresses for IDE ports may now be set in the INI file.
  22.      Also the default addresses for 3rd and 4th port have been changed to
  23.      the usually used 1E8h and 168h, respectively.
  24.    - Pentium Pro: Configuration info (cache characteristics), BIOS update
  25.      function, more capabilities flags.
  26.    - The new (VGADOC4) graphics card detection method may be disabled now -
  27.      sorry, forgot that in the last release.

  30.    pected ─ I didn't have all the time needed for agSI, and when I had some
  31.    time I often wasn't in the mood to do so (especially when the weather was

  37.  - Credit cards ─ VISA, Diners Club, American Express ─ accepted! Eurocard/

  39.  - More info about Quarterdeck's QEMM; also, corrected display of memory
  40.    sizes in the DPMI list.
  41.  - A few adaptions to Windows 95:
  42.    - Application title of the DOS window (second part of it) changed.
  43.    - agSI made "close-aware", i.e. you can close it from the window's system
  44.      menu or with the close button in the upper right corner (unless a dia-
  45.      log window in agSI is open). [seems to be not working sometimes...]
  46.    - File date corrected and Compressed attribute added in directory list
  47.      (i.e. dir tree sub-lists).

  49.    - Drive Map Info for each logical drive.

  51.    - At some places with physical drives, the cylinder number was one to low
  52.      (i.e. only the maximum number, not the total number).
  53.    - For changeable hard drives, Logical Drive Overview caused errors when

  55.    - PCI BIOS detection changed slightly because it wasn't detected on some
  56.      systems [hope it works now].

  63.  - As announced in v1.1.2, the registration fee has been increased: to US$23
  64.    (DM 30). Credit cards (American Express, VISA, Diners Club) will be ac-
  65.    cepted soon, so ask me if you can use them for payment! (Mastercard/Euro-
  66.    card not before March 96)
  67.  - Added a start-up screen which displays what is tested next, somewhat like
  68.    the /DX command line switch (but /DX shows more).
  69.  - General Overview with 16 lines of info; shown (by default) automatically
  70.    when agSI is started.
  71.  - IDE drive info moved to a separate sub-menu, thus avoiding the need to
  72.    set the IDEDriveMapping INI setting; also, added info for ATAPI devices
  73.    (such as CD-ROMs).
  74.  - Video card detection improved dramatically: now implemented using Finn
  75.    Thoegersen's VGADOC4, which detects much more than my own old routine.

  79.    - Linux DOSEMU test has been made safer for systems that crashed here
  80.      (outside Linux); you can remove the Disable=OOSL line from the INI file

  82.    - Both modem info for non-modem devices, and ASPI info about a pseudo-
  83.      ASPI drive under Windows 95 (ATAPI CD-ROM; at least on my system) could
  84.      have caused an endless loop; now fixed.
  85.    - Newer CPUs like Pentiums that were detected as Intel or C&T 386 DX/SX
  86.      under Windows or OS/2 should be displayed correctly now.
  87.    - NexGen Nx586 CPUs should now be detected.
  88.    - Plug and Play BIOS info (product ID, attributes sub-list) corrected.
